I have no problem with it on two fronts. For one, it taxes people outside "the club." Secondly, it's voluntary; you should have bought local.

Taxes are always theft and stealing is always wrong, on the other hand there is no way I can justify protectionism from my position

Tariffs seem to be the lesser evil, but as an ancap, theft is still theft.

I always try to think at the individual level and not as a nation… that's where almost all my moral conclusions come from

In my opinion, it's the best place to start for making decisions from an ethical perspective.
