Rocking that hot foam, cold cream, super strong and long, with some sourdough fresh from the oven. Butter fresh from the farm. Homemade apricot marmalade. Topped with some dew sprinkled raspberries for tartness.

GM!

Looks good. I am still trying to get my sourdough starter to actuall start. Been feeding it for a week and I get an ok smell I think but the yeast is not quite doing its job. It does not even increase 33%.

I'm just gonna keep feeding it for another week. If it yields nothing i'm gonna find a person who also has a ready to go starter.
