Is there any tool that can watch xpubs and perform arbitrary actions when there's a tx involving them?

I was thinking of setting up triggers that would send emails, DM or push notifications. Or maybe even a dumb vault" that would RBF txs that try to steal from you.

If there is none, that would be a fun project to use something like bdk.
