I think one of the largest issues with nostr for the average person is the lack of UX. most people don't understand that UI and UX are some of the last things to come when building a platform. functionality is first and foremost. usability is often an afterthought, especially from an engineers perspective. once you understand that and try to look at what it could become one day, then things start to click. #[1]
