My full body workout from Wednesday destroyed me. Is probably because i was able to increase my reps in nearly all sets. Will be time in 1-2 weeks to increase the weights and decrease the reps πŸ˜„

You do full body how often per week normally?

2 times at least and 3 times is the goal. The third time I sometimes unfortunately do not manage, because my body could not regenerate so quickly. But that is getting noticeably better πŸ”₯
