You could try this DVM feed, you'll find it on Amethyst, primal and nostrudel for example:

Rather than the most recent post, the highest rated post per day would be a good option perhaps…

I don't think you find it on primal because primal can't do personalized DVM feeds.

There's a popular by people you follow feed, we could build one with the single most popular note if that's something people are interested in.

It's there. "One per follow" works in primal.
