Goated movie.
The book was great as well - it expands on Jack quite a bit. Movie was up there on my pre-Bitcoin journey for sure.
I haven’t read the book but I really should.
Was completely obsessed with the movie as a young man - the cinematography, score, writing and style. But especially the philosophical ideas. It all creates this emotional synergy that captivated me.
I think anyone who that movie really resonates with is ready to understand and embrace Bitcoin.
It’s a relatively short read and worth the time if you loved the movie as much as I did. Opened my eyes to the commercialism that many in the west face today. In hindsight I think theirs an argument about mental health that idk if I even thought about at the time.
