Susan Wojcicki is well-known for her role as the CEO of YouTube, but she was also one of Google's earliest employees. She made significant contributions to the company's growth, including the development of AdSense, which became a crucial revenue stream for Google. In fact, she even rented her garage to Google for their first-ever office.
She was also instrumental in launching YouTube's subscription services, including YouTube Premium and YouTube TV, which diversified the platform's revenue beyond advertising.
Sadly, on Friday, Aug. 9, we lost her after her two-year-long battle with cancer.
