Of this project taping those people and who those people are π
We have a detailed & scientific method of determining who gets these awards.
First, we smoke one (1) high-quality California-grown marijuana cigarette.
Following this, we randomly select Nostr users.
We've back-tested this method and found that it has a 96.5% success rate.
As long as it is "California-grown marijuana" and you not dancing naked around the fire, all is fine π€£

So, it is random people, not people who did something down the line!
Not really random -- Nostr users who, according to our mysterious selection process, are particularly active & useful to the Nostr ecosystem...
Just kidding. Part of the fun of issuing these awards is that we don't have to (and likely will not) explain how it works or the selection criteria. We don't want Nostr users to try to "game" it.
