I was about to make a note about how I was going to do something tomorrow but I did it today instead.

I recycled a bunch of plastic grocery bags at Target.

I used to drop them off at my local grocery store but they stopped doing it, and I hadn't gotten around to doing it for a few months since I never really bothered but now I know I can do it at target, so hopefully it reduces the severity of the plastic bags.

Maybe do it weekly, or monthly again now 🤔.

Recycling plastics is a scam cooked up by Exxon 40 years ago, to stop ecowarriors pushing for actual Recycleable containers like glass. Another good trick was convincing Ecowarriors to waste their time on Climate Change instead of pollution and industrial waste.

Well, we're here now.

We've got all these plastics being produced, and not enough good methods to make them less problematic, at the very least trying to utilize plastics more ideally is preferable.

I'm trying to shift away from plastics in everything since I focus on utilizing glass more but some things slip through the cracks unfortunately.

Personally, I wish industries would use Hemp plastic.

We've been trying to use a bit less plastic shit as well, mostly food containers. Been forced to stop using plastic bags by the Norwegian government due to insane taxes, reusable bags are very common here now. A pain to deal with tho 😅
