Hashtags are a great way to attrcat folks and find folk to follow. Try adding #introduction #asknostr and #grownostr to your posts.
As to connecting your wallet, depends on the wallet. But a lightning wallet usually has an email type @ address. Copy that and paste it into the wallet connect box in your profile.
