If I had something lengthy that was too big for nostr.build, or too expensive for flare.pub then Id consider either paying for a cloud provider (Amazon S3, Mega, etc) or using self hosted Nextcloud if it was just for download. If i wanted to improve performance and allow seeking to points in the video, then Id setup a media server.
