It’s hard to judge the victim who may not even realize it’s one. Toxic people can really affect the brain of those around them.

Sure, but I mean, the people who on-line, may not even be the family they claim to be. So you haven't a clue who or what is going on. So if no-one clarifies the circumstances how will anything get resolved?
