dumb shit.
there were massive flaws with the generator rooms, if that had been properly handled/designed then no earthquake followed by any tsunami would compromise the site and it would be just another regular day (with a mostly inocuous tsunami).
you don't stop using your 4x4 if you see some jackass crossing a river with his without a snorkel, do you?
What is the depth of the river you describe? I have crossed rivers without a snorkel in a 4x4 quite a few times.
