It's this urban legend. Yous write 'GOMA' on a TV screen and turn around 5 times. Apparently you are then visited by an evil clown that bites off your tongue. It's like a kids game. One kid I grew up with did it and stopped speaking, everyone thought he was joking until his parents removed him from school. He was never seen again. I think they must have sent him to a special school maybe. I don't know.

Still gives me the willies thinking about it, and that was over 50 years ago. Poor kid, I hope he's out there having a good life.
