This isn't just a U.S. problem. It’s a reflection of 'democracies under the rule of law' across the globe, which are ultimately nothing more than dressed-up dictatorships. The example the U.S. was supposed to set for the world has crumbled, exposing a decaying democracy that only serves to empower authoritarian regimes like China and Russia.
The system will not fix itself. They protect their own because the system belongs to them.
The only way out is radical transparency and decentralization—where State lies cannot be deleted or hidden by complicit algorithms.
