I am seriosly digging out information in Cubes OS for the last week and I am very impressed with it. Has anyone tried it?

I think it perfectly matches my digital lifestyle. Everything under its own "cube". I love the idea. 🤠

- I am considering to have one computer running Start9 OS for my BTC/LND node and as local server.

- In a Raspberry PI I would like to run another extra node with Raspibolt for testing and learning purposes.

- In a separate computer, I would be running CubesOS from which I would manage my Start9 OS and the Raspibolt.

Does anyone see any potential issues? I don't know anyone running two nodes under the same network. Is this feasible?

Should be fine running two nodes on the same network, just your download limits you will need to keep an eye on (if you have any)

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

No worries! I look forward to hopefully seeing you document your self hosted journey! Iv been meaning to set up my own self hosted server using either cubes or proxmox (I think that's what it is called lol) for ages now, never quite get round to it. Soon™️.

I will very likely post it here! I have already got my head around this morning on what I want to do:

1.) Mac Pro 2013 with 64Gb RAM will be running 4 VM with Start9 in each of them:

- BTC/LND node

- Media station

- HOST (possibly public relay for NOSTR)

- etc...

2.) Raspberry running 2nd BTC/LND node with Raspibolt for testing purposes.

3.) Dektop computer running the QubesOS to remotely connect with the above through local LAN.

Yes, this is the set up. It has taken me several days to came up with what i wanted to do. 🤠⚡️⚡️🤠
