InShot. Yes. I saw Corndalorian recommending it so I figured I’d try it. It’s nice because it replaces 2 apps I use for memes and it adds video editing as well

Create a sticker. Add it to the video. Once done scroll to the right, there’s a tracking menu. Use that for the sticker to move with the image
