You can search file names in files app.

How to label pictures: Forever inscribed. Forever noted. Forever relayed.

You can also search by folder name (if you put it in a folder) or by app name (if it comes from an app). Here folder name and app name are the same

My meme folder has almost 2k files in it 😭

Might be easier to tag on desktop. Good luck
