Well, not quite sure you may say that. I know many happy people with fixed mindset (esp. those happy with themselves 🀭), but I am with you on that developing the growth mindset made my life happier...

They're happy until they need to grow one bit beyond the fixed traits they believe they help and thus can't cope with challenges of their lives.

But for some that's when they'll switch to growth mindset. But many will switch to antidepressants instead.
