Just imagine when politicians pull their heads out of their asses and allow at 1031 exchange from real estate in bitcoin. These institutions have so much $$ they need to buy everything up including real estate.

if they could convert some of that real estate at a tax advantage it may push more real estate on the market in increasing supply helping curb high pricing over time.
