If you denominated your prices in BTC, would that still qualify as a private debt? If so you'd need to collect payment in sats before you give them anything or they would need to be allowed to pay with cash.
Correct; if a debt has been incurred cash must be an excepted form of payment. Or do whatever the hell you want, this country hasn't been government by the rule of law since the 19th century
