You are an anarchist in a financial bad situation and you could get some money via the state healthcare system (money that you previously had to pay into that healthcare system), would you take that money, even if it means cooperating with the state mafia?

In my opinion you should, because you never had the opportunity to save the money you paid in!

For example, I would love to pay into a truly fair healthcare system.

But I think that will never happen
