all those people who are pushed into custodians due to high L1 fees will benefit in no way whatsoever from the ability to run a non-mining node off of a TI-89 plugged into a russet potato. they get absolutely nothing out of it at all. everyone in a custodian gets NOTHING from the decentralization of bitcoin.
