Board members voting no should be replaced for disregarding fiduciary duty

I thought the board already recommended to not do it. Share Blockrock could use their 9% vote and say yes, but they would still need 41% more of shareholders to vote yes.

I must be honest, since Microsoft introduced their token currency I spend less and less time on desktop and instead earn Bitcoin on my android smartphone. I feel like time spent on desktop is time wasted earning Bitcoin while I'm mobile.
