How so? A high inflation number and another rate hike would buy us time -- if by that you mean time to stack sats at cheaper prices. Lower inflation numbers give the Fed an excuse to freeze or lower rates, which will push asset prices up again.

Stack lower sats, prepare for the inevitable (buying food, guns, ammo, water, making bitcoin connections, etc.), and getting personal things in order. It’s gradual right now, just wait until it hits suddenly.

Well that's what I'm saying. Lower inflation -> number go up. So less time to stack stackables (sats, ammo, canned food).

I’m actually thinking the opposite. Wouldn’t higher inflation mean NGU? My thought is lower inflation means more people staying in dollars, less panic, less demand for bitcoin. That’s my thought process at least.

But that's not what we've seen so far. BTC and stonks are correlated to lower interest rates. When bonds don't yield, capital goes there. The moment the Fed started the hikes and bonds started to yield, the markets crashed, i.e., capital fled "risk assets" and went to bonds.

Yes, but this has been talking about CPI which is the value of inflation, not interest rates. Although CPI is heavily manipulated, most people don’t understand that and will think “phew, the dollar is doing better now” which increases retail’s confidence in fiat. All that said, means less demand for bitcoin because normies will think everything is hunky-dory (⬅️technical term 😂).
