Respect you for this.

Their shells can heal back together but if organs were exposed to the outside chances of infection are really high.

You may want to treat the turtle with aquarium anti biotics.

Also special dietary stuff to help the healing process.

If there is a pet shop or aquarium supplies shop within driving distance you'd be best off buying the antibiotics in person, they may also be able to help with which anti biotics to use, whether to use food based ones or a liquid that you add to the water.

Thank you. That was the plan. I am currently located in a very rural area. No one was available even hours away when I found her, and unfortunately she succumbed to her injuries shortly after I gave her emergency care.

I knew there was not much chance of survival due to the severity of her injuries, but I had to do my best.

At least she was able to pass with dignity in a peaceful environment. It is heartbreaking.

I was looking up clove oil or alternatives to make her more comfortable and put her to sleep if necessary when she passed.

Her death was senseless. She was in the middle of the lane. The car swerved to hit her. She was cremated today.
