It is in the brewery district. We are staying in Oak Park.
Nothing really happens in Oak Park, riots usually stay near RiNo Golden Mile etc
You should be fine in Oak Brook.
Brewery district is in the Lower West Side. I suppose it is possible that you will see some protests or demonstrations there but things will likely be spiciest in the Loop, Near South Side, Near North Side, and in pockets further north.
Pretty good, hopefully you'll have a chance to join in on one 🤙
