Replying to Name

How do I access the full global feed from the damus app, and how do I know that all "clients" can access what i post on the damus app? Is there a more reliable, guaranteed way to make sure what i post is viewable globally?

There is no global.

There are only relays that you post to, and relays your notes gets spread to.

You can use other apps to check if and where your notes are visible.
