In the US, eminent domain supersedes property rights. That literally means the government’s “right” to your property overrules your ownership. You don’t actually own your home. You could easily be the next victim of a government confiscation and no piece of paper (e.g. constitution) will protect you. Your property is whatever you can successfully defend and Bitcoin is the best defense against theft because you can memorize your seeds or distribute them geographically in a multisig.
