So I just randomly started tapping addresses and found several addresses that have moved lots of btc 🤷🏻‍♂️

its just strange to see these, where the fees in some cases are actually greater than the amount sent.

coinjoins, well, that one has only 2 outputs but still. it's a consolidation done by two users perhaps.
