It's still going 1,000 miles/hour over here.

I'm in this cycle of experiencing "familiar pain", realizing I'm looping myself and seeing my patterns.

Feeling anxious. Trying to calm myself down.

And yet still somehow knowing that this is exactly what I needed to go through to reach healing.

This resonates. I have felt like I exist in one big loop at times, very familiar beats.

Yes, I heard about "the patterns, the patrerns" talk forever. Now I'm feeling it for what it is. It's good to be able to see it, now I can choose differently.

That’s kind of how I thought about it - at least I am recognizing it. Still can take time to make the adjustment. Still a work in progress.
