Of course they will never say how this works but how can a kill list determine where you need to bomb. Last recorded locations of people on the list? Also if you have a database of people that you need to get why airstrike? Am I missing something. Not a fan of war tactics
The point is to maximize death count. The list is a marketing tactic to sell the killing to the public.
