Is it possible to build a mining pool that becomes a nostr relay miners can connect to and thereby leverage nostr as the payout framework for the mining fees and subsidies?

On 3., it's just that whole F2Pool censoring OFAC blacklisted transactions thing.

If this behavior is taken to it's logical conclusion then all pools will do the same and since they are relatively centralized (have offices, contact information, names of people who hold the keys that can be physically subpoenaed).

It seems that some kind of work around to stymie that would be good to have. Still, I see your point.
