The "war with China" will end without a shot being fired. The USG, especially the DNC (see Feinstein, any number of generals, Pelosi, Biden, Kerry, Romney) has been completely infiltrated and owned by those loyal to the PRC. This drawdown of the US military arsenal is just another shoe dropping. At some point, some PRC sympathizer (as an "elected" executive of the USG) will "draw the red line" with the PRC, and then be forced to capitulate completely to the PRC, maybe even to the point of literally genuflecting to the PRC elites, when the realization comes that the US military is no longer any match for that of the PRC. "We accept unconditional surrender, in order to save the lives of millions of Americans" will be the deathknell speech of the USEmpire, which will simply be absorbed into the PRCEmpire, just as the NaziEmpire was absorbed by the USEmpire - like a giant game of Risk.
