Depending how many sats a person has on there, if it’s substantial (hopefully not, but it happens) then a non-custodial wallet is the best option. Something like Breez or Phoenix, or even a full LN node. If it’s a relatively small amount then another custodial wallet could be used but with the understanding that it will carry the same risk as any other custodial service.
