I'm on day 1 of keto, would love to try full carnivore some time but not sure I could do it. a few years ago I went keto for a solid 2 years and lost around 80 lbs. then I fell off the wagon, and after a few false starts I'm now at my heaviest ever. keto has been the most effective diet I've ever done but I can never seem to get the results I got that first time. Hopefully this time I'll have the willpower to stick with it long enough to see some changes.
