I'm on day 1 of keto, would love to try full carnivore some time but not sure I could do it. a few years ago I went keto for a solid 2 years and lost around 80 lbs. then I fell off the wagon, and after a few false starts I'm now at my heaviest ever. keto has been the most effective diet I've ever done but I can never seem to get the results I got that first time. Hopefully this time I'll have the willpower to stick with it long enough to see some changes.

Carnivore is even better, and definitely more sustainable since there is ZERO carbs/sugar there to keep that addiction constantly on your shoulder
