This is the one I use, sorry.

It keeps a list of the npubs your remove, so you can check in, see if anyone who posts got trimmed.

I just did a one month purge, went from 888 to 809. I guess I follow people who post notes!

I use that tool monthly or so 🤷‍♂️ other than that I'm not sure.
