I’m on week 2 of black coffee.

1 of my daily coffees have a little bit of liquid stevia to wein off whole earth stevia packets, which I abused over the last 4 years thinking it was a healthy replacement for sugar or honey.

Turns out it has erithrytol which people are saying is unhealthy.
