Contraception is a human right. If people in backward countries have many births, it does not mean that all people in the world have to have many births. The solution to this problem is to prevent the birth of backward countries. The world does not need 8 billion people.

I don't mean to start killing people to depopulate the world. But we can reduce the world population by reducing the fertility rate in backward countries.
