GM nostr questions of the day for me:

If all the relays were to drop my acct, then are all my messages gone? They are signed with my public key, but where are they stored if no relay hosts my messages? Is the phone platform app i’m using saving my messages as a personal relay on my device?

Where is your personal NOSTR information, like your users, who you follow, etc., stored? Do the relay holders store that information, or is it stored on your device? How does that work?

If all relays and clients drop me at once (and im not running my own relay), then does all my content, likes, follows, bookmarks, dms, etc get deleted? So the only thing you would have left is your identity tied to your pub and private keys (assuming you have them backed up)?

When relays goes down your notes and connections are gone. There is nothing on your phone/pc.

You should run your own relay to have control over your notes.

Your account is just your keys.

Copy that, so without running your own relay, the only thing you “own” is your pub and private keys. Sounds like it would be a good idea to setup a relay!
