Poor timing on my part, for sure. There was a fatal motorcycle accident locally today, and yes,

However, she didn't even text or message me.

And I still resist being tied to an electronic leash with some kind of obligation to immediately check it whenever it makes a noise. Sorry, not my way. Never has been.

Maybe just me being boomer-ish, but I'll check my notifications next time I look at my phone, which may be hours from whenever you sent your message. If you need to find me sooner, too bad.

Also kind of nice that my nostr client doesn't have notifications. Nope. Life is better this way.
