- Snort users can see and vote

- Damus users cannot see, cannot vote, but replies show up in Posts and Replies, on a broken thread.

- Iris users cannot see, cannot vote, but replies show up in Following, on a broken thread.

- Nostros users cannot see, cannot vote, but replies do show up in the feed, on a broken thread.

- Primal users cannot see, cannot vote
