that’s a good combo. i use tinctures and add them to my coffee. great for morning readiness

Tinctures are great and actually my preferred method. I just don’t currently have the tools and space to get that done yet.

Sooner or later I’ll have a whole farmacy

yeah there’s a local farmacy that has a variety of tinctures that i shop at. It would be best to make them yourself but for convenience it gets the job done

Awesome what’s your favs

dandelion, mushroom immune support, mental master and ashwagandha are great

Very nice 😊

what’s your choice?

Always love mushrooms, ashwagandha, gynostemma, American gingseng, and probably schisandra for the overall health benefits.

Where do you source your mushrooms from?

Monterey Bay & Spring Wind mainly with a few other suppliers.

I’m interested but would want to verify there is no Chinese sourced mushrooms.

Brother I study Chinese Medicine and I strongly believe in its superiority with regard to mushrooms as most grow natively there, especially like Coryceps.

But I get you know. But do know that 95%+ of herbs are sourced from China.

Also know that many of our past lives were Chinese bodied (male/female).

Separation is an illusion. I get it if they are unethical sources though.

Yes, separation IS an illusion, but because of that, isn't identity an illusion as well?

In my view, there is no one alive today that was another person in another life in the past. That would imply some kind of separation between the individual self and the cosmos it's composed of.

So for me, it's not reincarnation of discrete individuals that takes place, but rather reconstitution of the energy that animates us. To me, this suggests that we are indeed made of the same atoms and molecules as were the Chinese bodies that preceded us, but it's not the same person.

Perhaps the sense that we have memories of past incarnations is due to the fact that memories (echoes?) of the events live in the matter and energy that we are made of. Not sure, but it's fun to contemplate.

As a result of my study of neuroplasticity, it has become harder for me to accept the idea of classical reincarnation, but who really knows? Not me! 😄
