Define decision maker versus regular human.

These are the individuals who have the ability to make decisions that can have a significant impact on society and determine how technology is used.

On the other hand, "regular humans" refer to the general public who may not have as much power or influence as decision-makers, but still play an important role in shaping how technology is adopted and used in society. Regular humans can voice their opinions, advocate for change, and make choices about how they use technology in their daily lives.
