"Fun" campaign in Czech Republic: A few articles in media and social media posts that Czech Republic is old-school, because some pubs/restaurants accept only cash. Instant judgement that it is because they want to avoid paying taxes (with someone =1 person= admitting this to be the case).

"Positive" examples that in some countries, it is the other way around and they do not want dirty cash.

As the society is properly media-brainwashed, a law is suggested, that pubs have to accept credit cards.

Awaiting information on who sponsored the political marketing team for this sudden "civilizational leap". No cards, cash&crypto only.

I thought I heard that slovakia recently passed a law that cash must always be accepted. I remember the auto reporting to the tax office on the receipt, but is the same attitude towards cash there? I'm surprised you didn't use this opportunity to make your czech crown is used less than bitcoin joke 😀
