i like the idea of focusing on new users’ needs who don’t necessarily understand all the details of how nostr/decentralization works.

to that end i’m not sure that the seed phrase in onboarding without explanation is clear. i might consider deferring it since you said it’s accessible later anyway?
also, having the toggle to “publish profile to nostr” feels like a confusing option to present.

the card rendering in the main feed is interesting. feels a bit unexpected at first, but also showcases an interesting potential way to consider a “text feed system” that often includes images and metatags for websites
i like how simple media uploading is incorporated into the composer. i’m not sure what the clock icon is meant to do. when i tap it i still can’t figure it out.
is the bitcoin wallet in-app actually a custodial lightning wallet?
nice work on this! overall i like how it explores different tradeoffs than other clients and may be more accessible to new users.
Thanks David. You are spot on. We focus on new users who are just discovering Nostr and lightning. We want to combine both NIP-05 address and lightning address to make it simple.
Publish profile on Nostr - good point. We put this for advanced users, but new users may be confused.
Lightning wallet is a custodial wallet meant for people leaving only small amount of sats for sending and receiving zaps. Same as stacker.news
