I went through all my notifications to find this and tell you that movie was good. Im pretty critical and dont like many movies but this had a few good insights for the viewer.

The theory that no one is in overall control

The explanation of why humans are so terrible to each other

The use of directed energy weapons

The plan of a region destabilising itself (which was an old Twilight Zone episode)

And how someone will give up if the system breaks. This was the most important because it show how attached people can become to a harmful prison style society.
