I think it would literally ruin the whole global power structure if they released. I think many notable politicians, CEOs, founders, royals, presidents etc from the past 20yrs are implicated. The entire "noble" class.
It would send us into a depression, total governmental collapse.
All that said the whole story has to come out.
Why would total governmental collapse cause a depression? I think it would be the opposite.

Govt is the largest spender in the economy.
Government does not produce anything. And it spends money it doesn't have. The economy survives despite the government.
Correct. It prints the money that makes everyone feel wealthy. It would be 2008 but worse.
