Go to the LunaPic website (www.lunapic.com).

Click on "Browse" and select the image with the white frame that you want to edit.

Click on "Edit" and then "Transparent".

Click on the white area of the frame to make it transparent.

Adjust the tolerance level as needed to ensure that all the white areas are transparent.

Click on "Save" to download the edited image with a transparent frame.
